1. Returns

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Items that are damaged or missing parts due to customer misuse
• Digital products or downloadable content

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
